By accessing and using Aafterlife's funeral planning platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Aafterlife provides a comprehensive funeral planning ecosystem that includes digital social media platform features, marketplace aggregation services, and AI-powered planning assistance. Our platform helps families plan with dignity and remember with love, offering support and comprehensive tools.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal information. All funeral planning data is encrypted and stored securely. We comply with SOC 2 Type II standards and maintain ISO 27001 certification. Your information is never shared with third parties without explicit consent.

Payment for premium services is due in advance. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods. Pricing may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend services for maintenance, updates, or technical issues. Emergency support is available 24/7 for urgent funeral planning needs.

All content, features, and functionality of the Aafterlife platform are owned by Kavod Technologies and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

Aafterlife shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. We may retain your funeral planning data for a reasonable period as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York.
